Here are three high -protein summer recipes that you will enjoy eating when repeated.

Light, spicy and ready for 10 minutes. This one pan feels cozy and clean, only with the right balance of protein and a fresh summer taste.
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly softened.
3. Pour the egg whites and the entire egg.
4. Gently stir.
3. At the top with feta, basil and a pinch of salt + pepper.
Protein: About 25g

Ingredients:
6 ounces of chicken breasts on grilled cut
1 mature peach, half and grilled
2 cups arugula or mixed green
¼ cup of goat cheese or no milk breakdowns
2 pp. L. sliced bars or nuts
1 pp. L. olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
1. The peach of peach half cut down for 2-3 minutes until it is caramelized.
2. Cut and throw with greenery, chicken, cheese and nuts.
3. Beat olive oil and balsamic vinegar for quick dressing.
4. Grease the salad and season with salt + black pepper.
