5 Tips for the last week of SSU

You have reached the last week of our summer form challenge and this is something to celebrate! Whether you have crushed every workout or missed a few on the road, this is your moment to finish strongly, feel proud and give your best.

Here 5 tips To help you make the most of the 6th week:

1. Think of your progress

Before you dive into the last impetus, take a minute to look back where you have come. You may have built a constant workout habit, improved your durability, or made a healthier choice of food. These victories matter, so celebrate them! Progress recognition increases the motivation and reminds you why you started first.

2. Plan your week

A little planning goes a long way. Plan for what time you will do your workouts as if they were meetings. Because you would not miss an appointment or a meeting if you are too tired, not in the mood, etc.

Make the food shopping and prepare recipes for a hot body dining plan. Knowledge exactly what you will have every day takes away assumptions and facilitates adherence to your goals.

3. Keep your energy up

This is the week to nourish your body with good things. Food dishes, lots of water and quality sleep. When your body feels best, it is easier to push these last workouts and finish strong. Bonus: Do not skip foam stretching or rolling, they are key to recover.

And if you need a little, take me to go through the day and do your workouts. Have a little rally before deciding to miss your workout.

4. LSF Community

5. Visualize your final line
