Life is happening. You may have crushed your workouts and suddenly hit a wall. Or maybe you just get out of a busy season where your workouts have taken a background.
Wherever you are right now, everything is fine. The key to long -term success is not perfection, it is the ability to reset, redirect and continue.

If you are ready to focus on your goals and make real progress, this is how to reset and achieve your fitness goals. Don’t wait until tomorrow, start today.
Before you jump back into workouts or process your routine, take some time to reconnect with why you are on this trip. Do you want to feel more confident in your skin? Increase your energy? Building strength and endurance? Lose weight? Do you feel better from the inside out?
Record it. Keep it somewhere where you will see daily, whether it’s your magazine, the mirror of your bathroom or your vision board.
The fastest way to kill inertia is to try to « hide » it. Therefore, the presence of a structured plan makes everything different. And we took the whole assumption about you and make a plan, all you have to do is follow it and stay consistent.
