Cristiano Ronaldo took full advantage of the Saudi Pro League’s winter break by taking his family on holiday to Lapland.
At 39, the Portuguese icon continues to defy expectations, scoring 16 goals in 19 games this season for Al-Nasr.
Despite their stellar form, however, Al-Nasser have struggled as a team under former AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli.
The club are currently fourth in the SPL standings, 11 points behind league leaders Al-Ittihad.
With the SPL on a mid-season break and matches not resuming until January 9, Ronaldo took the opportunity to enjoy a break with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their children.
The family chose a magical trip to Lapland, Finland’s northernmost region known for its breathtaking northern lights, winter resorts and reputation as the official home of Santa Claus.

Ronaldo shared moments from the holiday on social media, including a striking picture of himself standing in the snow in just shorts.
He captioned the post: « Merry Christmas everyone, » beaming with festive cheer.
During their stay in Lapland, the family explored a variety of activities, including visiting Santa Claus and snowmobiling.
However, Ronaldo avoided skiing as most footballers are usually banned from high-risk sports due to injury concerns outlined in their contracts.
Instead, Rodriguez and the kids tried their hand at skiing while Ronaldo enjoyed other aspects of the winter wonderland.
The trip marked a stark contrast to their life in Riyadh, where temperatures hover around 17 degrees in December.
In Lapland, however, the temperature can drop to -30 during the winter months, creating a completely different experience for the family.
Ronaldo will soon be back in action when Al-Nassr face Al-Okhdood in the SPL on January 9.
