Dragons launch the World Cup campaign with a victory while Bellamy’s invincible running continues

Wales has overcome Kazakhstan to launch his qualification campaign at the 2026 World Cup with a win and maintain Craig Bellamy’s unbeaten reign as a manager.

Dan James and Captain of the Night Ben Davis put on both sides of the punishment Askhat Tagybergen before the replacement rabbi Matondo, guaranteed that there should be no great disorder at the Cardiff City stadium.

Dan James opened the score within 10 minutes when his stroke was hit after Kazakhstan made a mess to clear the danger.

She signals a convenient evening for Bellamy’s country, but things were far from simple as visitors seemed dangerous in spells.

From there, Wales looked largely comfortable and wrapped things in the time of stopping when Matondo released in his first senior international goal to capture the victory.

This gives the men on a Bellamy platform to build and they will come into a clash on Tuesday with Northern Macedonia, who defeated Liechtenstein 3-0, full of confidence.
