Elbow water – bionicoldguy

I developed water on my left elbow. This is a painless but strange symptom. From Google search, I have found that this is actually Olecranon Bursitis: Bursa or lubricating bag, the elbow has been irritated or inflamed in some way and accumulates fluid. I try to go in to see my dock for this, but I’m not in a hurry because it doesn’t cause any problems. In the meantime, I monitor the cherry network tips several times a day and let the elbow rest. This means that there are no training on the upper body so far. Fortunately, I can still get my cycling.

I just found out about a new AI-based research tool that is part of Google’s twins called « Deep Research ». To use, start twins and change the type of « 1.5 Pro with deep research ». This usually requires a paid subscription, but you can try it for free (I recently received a Chromebook and a one -year Gemini Advanced subscription was included). I tried this on topics of interest that I already knew about something, and I was impressed with the results. So I decided it would be another nice test case. I entered the Olecranon Bursitis in the request. He listed 23 websites that he intended to search as his « research plan »:

I could edit the plan to add other search sites, but I just pressed « Starting Research » and after a few minutes he came back with a report I saved on my disk and you can read hereS This explained what the condition was, told me the symptoms, causes, diagnosis and treatment and gave me a list of documents in my area that specialize in this. All quite useful. This is a very simple example, so I could achieve similar results without AI on medical websites, after which Googling « Olecranon Bursitis specialist near me ». But I liked that it was extracted from a bunch of sites. I tried this on more complicated topics that would take longer to search time manually and found that the report was a good initial start that I could track if I wanted by asking some of the links listed.
