Gimenez on the double when Milan wins again

AC Milan reigned his European hopes with a 3-1 win over Bologna in San Siro.

Santiago Gimenes scored twice on both sides of the Christian Pulisic Strike, as Milan came from behind to move to eighth place in Serie A, only three points behind the fourth ranked Juventus.

Ricardo Orsolini scored for the seventh part of Bologna, who will hopes to do better when the teams meet again at the Coppa Italia final on Wednesday night.

It was the fourth consecutive victory for Milan, who would go to the Olympico Stadio in a confident mood.

Hoffenheim almost did not guarantee their Bundesliga safety with a draw 2-2 in Wolfsburg.

They were lagging behind in the first minute because of Leo Osigard’s own goal, but Pavel Caderabeck equalized 11 minutes before the break.

Jonas Wind restored Wolfsburg’s advantage by nine minutes to go only to Marius Bulter to grab the second three minutes later.

The equality moves Hoffenheim Six Points Leagn from the playoffs of the fall out, with Heidenhiem having two games left to play.
