With higher temperatures and sunny days here, this can only mean one thing: this is the season of Potluck. Whether it is a holiday, family gathering or blocking-you are obliged to attend at least one potluck this summer.
With so many food options, many of which are homemade with unfamiliar ingredients, it can be difficult to choose what foods to eat and in what quantities, especially if you want to stay on your way with your goals.
And if you register your food, things can get even more complicated!
But it is assumed that Potlucks are fun, not stressful. They are intended for family, friends and conversation. Here are some tips directly from myfitnesspal nutritionist on how to enjoy Potluk without losing inertia.

Before Potluck is a good idea to get into the right way of thinking, according to MyFitnesspal Dietitian Daisy Waanders.

While mixed bowls with fruits or vegetables are tried and true, you may want to season things. Here is a list of pots suitable for both healthy and aromatic, ideal for blurry while creating memories.

Get small portions of many dishes. Choose a few favorite and try a few spoons of each. « If you really enjoy something, you can come back later for more, but make conscious decisions, » says Wanders.
Once you have a full dish, Waanders recommends Separated from where the food is and occupying a place on a table or outside. This can help relieve the temptation from constantly going back to other help.
