Catch up on all the action from Europe’s top leagues on Sunday.
The Premier League the title race took a huge turn on the Sunday after Manchester United stunned ArseneMe in the Emirates.
That blew the crown chase wide open, but it wasn’t the only drama of the weekend.
There were games in Serie A, La Liga, Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga with some huge results.
You can catch up on the best of the action below.
Juventus closed out a convincing 3-0 win over Napoli at the Allianz Stadium, a result that moved them from sixth to fourth in the table and one point behind third-placed Napoli.
The home side were organized throughout and tight when opportunities arose, outscoring their 1.09 expected goals total with three well executed finishes.
The breakthrough came in the 22nd minute after a prolonged spell of pressure. Manuel Locatelli, making his 300th Serie A appearance, produced an inventive flick on the edge of the area to free Jonathan David, who shrugged off Leonardo Spinazzola before finishing low behind Alex Merrett.
Juventus continued to look the more coherent side, with Thuram hitting the post and Conceicao denied on the line before the break.
Juventus stayed compact and patient and the game was effectively decided in the 77th minute when substitute Fabio Miretti capitalized on a defensive lapse to set up Kenan Yildiz, who finished calmly for his eighth league goal of the season.
Another substitute, Filip Kostic, added a third late in the game, striking low from distance after a loose ball in the final third.
Roma and AC Milan shared the points in a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Olimpico, a result that did little to help either side in their Serie A title chase.
Roma were the more consistent attacking force in the contest and finished with a significant lead in expected goals, but their early dominance went unrewarded. The hosts created several openings in the first half, with Malen squandering the clearest chance when he slotted over from close range, while Mike Meignan was repeatedly called into play to keep Milan level at the break.
Against the run of play, Milan took the lead just after the hour mark. Luka Modric curled in an accurate cross from a short cross which was met by Connie De Winter, whose header left Mile Svilar with no chance. Roma responded with renewed pressure and were given a way back into the game when Bartesaggi was penalized for handball. Substitute Lorenzo Pellegrini kept his composure from the spot and equalized.
Roma pressed for a late winner but Milan held on. The draw leaves Milan five points behind leaders Inter, while Roma move into third place, four points behind the Rossoneri.
Atletico Madrid recorded a comfortable 3-0 home win over Mallorca, continuing their strong form at the Metropolitano with a largely one-sided performance.
The hosts took the lead in the 22nd minute through Alexandre Sorlot, who finished from close range after sustained pressure in the Mallorca box.
Atlético dominated territory for most of the first half, forcing a series of corners and repeatedly testing Leo Roman as Mallorca struggled to move the ball out of midfield.
Any remaining doubt was removed midway through the second period when David Lopez inadvertently scored an own goal under pressure from an Atletico set piece to double the lead.
Mallorca threatened briefly through Vedat Muriki, but Jan Oblak was rarely called into meaningful action.
The last word came late on as substitute Thiago Almada reacted quickest from a corner to fire home from the center of the box to complete the scoring.
Lyon produced a relentless attack to beat Metz 5-2 away from home, pulling clear early and never relinquishing control despite several short-handed responses from Metz.
The visitors scored inside 11 minutes when Endrik finished from close range after sustained pressure, before doubling the lead five minutes later through Ruben Kluivert, who converted from a corner.
Lyon continued to overwhelm Metz’s backline and Tyler Morton’s low strike from distance made it 3-0 just after the half-hour mark. Metz pulled one back through Kofi Quao, but Endric restored Lyon’s three goals on the stroke of half-time after a quick transition.
The second half was more even, with Metz enjoying possession and reducing the deficit again when Habib Diallo finished from close range. However, any hope of a comeback was halted late on as Endrik scored his hat-trick from the penalty spot before Lyon cruised comfortably through the final stages.
