Longer Easy Rides – BionicOldGuy

I’ve started increasing the length of some of my rides, which is well tolerated as long as I don’t push too hard. It’s really relaxing and nice when the weather is nice. Last Tuesday we had a group ride that started off cold and foggy. I was surprised how many people showed up, all packed. But after we rode for about half an hour it burned off and turned into a great day of riding. A friend told me that this constant cold fog we have is just coming inland, it’s been sunnier along the coast. On Wednesday I had another nice long ride on the Coyote Creek Trail.
