Manchester United striker Benjamin Cesko can be turned off for a month with a knee injury – but did not damage his ACL.
The 22-year-old got the injury against Tottenham before the international break, and Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano says the striker has avoided serious injury.
« (Benjamin) Cesko’s injury is not that serious. It’s not an ACL. It’s not a very long injury, » Romano told his official YouTube channell.
Manager Ruben Amorim is expected to provide an update on Cesko later this week when he addresses the media ahead of Manchester United’s return to action in the Premier League against Everton.
Sesko is almost certain to miss the game against Everton on November 24, while he is also likely to miss the Premier League games against Crystal Palace (November 30), West Ham United (December 4) and Wolverhampton Wanderers (December 8).
