My healthy sleep stack: What do I use for a deep, restoration rest

Sharing some of my favorite healthy sleeping products. As always, talk to a doctor before making any changes to your health or wellness routine. This publication is not a medical council.

Hi friends! How are you? I hope you have a wonderful morning. Today I have an interview with a podcast and look forward to taking yoga class with LIV later.

For today’s post, let’s talk about one of my favorite topics of all time: Dream !!

(This is also one of Mazer’s favorite topics)

If there is anything I learned about my own wellness trip and after helping hundreds of women balance their bodies, this is this: You can’t go beyond bad sleep. Also, what you do in the morning and during the day will affect the quality of your sleep!

We all know how terrible it is to throw yourself and turn all night … and how difficult it is to feel like yourself the next day. Mood worsening, desire, slow workouts, hormonal imbalances and even bowel problems can result from poor sleep quality. When I do not sleep, I have the feeling that my whole world has collapsed on earth. Sculpt my sleep, you take everything. (I think this is one of the biggest reasons why it was such a struggle for me after birth.)

Over the years, I have tried a lot of approaches to improve my sleep, from meditation to darkened curtains. While all of these help, I found that several key tools consistently make the biggest difference. This is my current healthy sleep stack that I use as part of my nighttime routine.

As always, please consult your doctor before you start new supplements or products, especially if you are on medication or managing a health. It’s just what works for me and many of my customers.

My healthy sleep stack: What do I use for a deep, restoration rest

What is in my stack for a healthy sleep?

1 Adrenality equilibrium

Chronic stress is one of the most common dream destroyers and most women over 35 over 35 are dealing with some degree, whether they are aware of it or not. Adrenality is a mixture of target adaptogens, including Ashwagandha and phosphatidilserin, which can help reduce cortisol levels at night. This can lead to a deeper rest and more consistent energy during the day. I take 2 capsules after dinner or with my evening magnesium. This product is especially useful for women who feel connected but tired at night and have problems with sleep, even though they feel exhausted.

2. Magnesium (Glycine or L-training) + local spray

Magnesium plays a role in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, including muscle relaxation, nervous system function and sleep regulation. Unfortunately, many people have a shortage due to stress, soil depletion and poor absorption. I prefer that Magnesium with full spectrum Because it is soothing and well absorbed. It helps to soothe both the body and the mind, and I will also double by using local magnesium (like this).

3 Low -dose melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland in response to darkness. It signals the body that it’s time to wind it. I sometimes use a low dose melatonin supplement (0.5 mg to 3mg) to support my circadian rhythm, especially while traveling or after a night of poor sleep. The key is to use it as a short -term tool, not to rely on it at night unless it is indicated by a healthcare provider. I avoid higher doses, which can lead to rudeness the next day. It helps me to sleep deeply when I need it, and the next day I feel like a million dollars.

4. Castor Oil Pack

Castor Oil Packaging have been used for centuries to maintain detoxification and calm the nervous system. I use a reusable package, regardless of my belly in the evening as I wind. It can promote circulation, liver detoxification and stimulate the vagus nerve, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and absorption regimen. This simple practice can lead to a huge difference in helping the body move to sleep mode. This is my favorite packet of castor oil– Use Fitnessista for discount. Love Now feeds the brand of castor butter the most (fitnessist for 20% discount); You can also pair this with A cheap packet of castor oil from AmazonS

How to include them in a routine

You do not need to use everything every night and it is important to adjust it based on your needs and life.

Here’s what I do:

After dinner

2 capsules of Adrenality

Optional: Magnesium drink mix for extra relaxation, such as Organic gold

Winding (30–60 minutes before bedtime)

Apply a packet of castor oil during reading or journalists

Take Magnesium with full spectrum

Use Low -dose melatonin only when necessary

Put me Blue lights blocking glasses and use magnesium spray

Bedtime

Take out Castor oil

Remove the lights and avoid screens.

Still fighting sleep? Look deeper.

If you are doing all the right things and still not sleep well, it may be time to look at the root cause. Hormonal imbalances, high night cortisol, disadvantages of nutrients and heavy metals can affect sleep. Functional laboratory tests such as the stress, mood and metabolism test, a test for minerals and metals and HTMA (an analysis of hair tissue minerals) can give you a clear picture of what happens and where to start.

Understanding the unique imbalances of your body is the first step to a sustainable sleep and is often the missing relationship when nothing else looks like.

If you are curious about testing or want to study a personalized plan, send me an email gina@fitnessista.com test tests. I would be glad to help you discover what your dream holds up and create a path forward that works with your real life. It can be so useful for someone to appreciate your daily routine and help you make simple adjustments to transform your sleep!

So, be honest, friends: How do you sleep? Do you throw and turn or you are able to get a solid night break?

I enjoyed at least nine solid hours every night this summer and I live it until we returned to the Madness School.
