According to the Wall Street Journal, Paramount Skydance is preparing an offer to buy Warner Bros. Discovery.
One report Sources published on Thursday that told the magazine that the Paramount Skydance, which went through its own merger last month and is now led by David Ellison, seek to acquire a movie studio and cable networks maintained by one of the best competitors of the company.
