Round the tanks with my group – Bionicoldguy

On Tuesday, I made my long riding with my group west of Morgan Hill and around the Uvas and Chesbro tanks with external and back to the Rancho Canada del Oro Open Space of Casa Loma Road. We had a nice time for this, even though we had a pretty decent wind at our feet south.

I rode my electrical assistant that works better for me nowadays for longer rides (it was about 35 miles for me, including riding to and from the group on a group trip from home). I work for a pass with my upright. At the moment I can go a little over an hour without problems, but sometimes my SI becomes a little capricious if I press it longer. I don’t want to overdo it because it can move on to sciatica. So every week I add a little more to my upright sessions.
