History:

“Frankly, I almost didn’t introduce my story Because I was not 100% « perfect » during the challenge. But then I realized, « Well, that’s the question, isn’t it? » Life will not be perfect all the time, and neither us. It is during these imperfect moments to Reject back and stick to the basics.


I started strongly, but around the 6th week of the challenge, I had to undergo an unexpected surgery that led me to the end of the challenge. Despite the obstacles, I stick to the basics of LSF HBMP and now I’m 12 pounds a lighter And a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If you take something from my story, let it be: Don’t let a small hiccup ruin your whole trip! I could throw myself into the towel and give up, but I did not do it, and the results are beyond the incredible. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see results.

« Old Me » would give up the moment I had done surgery, thinking, « Turn it, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what’s the point? » But I understood that LSF is not just another diet or fad – it’s really a lifestyle and maintaining it! In the last 8 weeks they have proven this for me and I hope for everyone who follows my Instagram trip. I never felt (or I looked better and the confidence I have now is invaluable.

Thank you, Team LSF, for empowering women like me to rediscover their strength, confidence and joy and to know that even in the difficult times in life, I can still continue. «

History:

« The last three years have been changing life for me. I started a family and now I have two wonderful babies, at two and a half and a half and nine months. With the growth of my family as well as my body. really fights with weight loss And he kept about 15 pounds more than I started. After my son, I just added to what I had already won but this time I wanted to stop looking at weight loss as a one -off purpose, and more recently a lifestyle that can be maintainedS I lost 8 pounds During this challenge and now I am Under my weight to refer For my son !!

But this is not the most important thing for me. In addition to mine before and after photos for this challenge, I have Before and after thinkingS Before I think, if I don’t stick to my plan, I’m a failure. I may restart tomorrow. Once I think, If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s good, I’m a man! Can and I can Find joy right now, because I’m still on the way!

For me, this challenge was not about being perfect (though hello 55 day training strip!), It was about having Discipline to press and remain consistent, while having the grace to accept when things are not « perfect ». There were days when I had no energy to enter, but I still found a way to move right now and give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure that I achieved my protein goals and made Vege with every meal. I’m so proud of this, Become the best version and example of imitation of yourself for my children and husband!«

« SSD was a challenge to open the eyes For me, because it was my first challenge for 8 weeks back to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and judge what was deterred from being happy in my skin and I really try my diet. I Cut out excessive alcohol and I tried to realize what calories came in and out! I 1000% I promoted my activity With bonus moves, application workouts and walking every day at least a mile at work or with my dog. I stopped apologizing And I started digging into my reserve for discipline, something that has not been used for a long time.

A huge change I met this challenge was actually Joining a group of accountabilityS It was nice to see other women going through the same things I was scheduled and felt burned, etc. But we We are constantly showing ourselves for ourselves! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with moving my body again For 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance but also enhance mental knowledge and mood! I am Complete love sweat fitness believer from 2019 And you just keep impressing me with the quality and quantity of challenges to keep us motivated and look best. «
