« I lost an inch and a half of my belly and 2.5 inches just above my hips!

I am so proud of the work I have done in this challenge because I have never been so consistentS This challenge meant more to me because I decided to Prioritize your health over everything else.

It meant that I Thyroid drugs started For the first time, I really stood up for myself in the doctor, got super compatible with training, and mastered that lifestyle 80/20 that I always wanted. While the scale did not show all my progress, I was Amazed, seeing how quickly sheds inches from his waistS

I also noticeda A wave of confidence come back to my lifeAnd he helped me feel more happier in the world. I I started dressing in clothes that I like better and emphasize the parts of my body, which I hid for so long. I also intensified (I returned to my 15 pounds of dumbbells!) And I even want to try the bar in the gym.

I did all this from home, on the beach and with my puppyy. I’m still strong even though I’m in school (I’m a teacher) is exhausting. Learn how It is important to take care of yourself first (Through eating, training, rest, etc.) so that I can show better everywhere else. I loved HBMP because it allowed me to eat things I loved and to be flexible when I needed it. Now I go back through it.

And most of all, I I enjoyed my accountability group because they were the girls who understood more than anyone else in my life through what I was experiencing! I felt so amazing to win the Week 3 Award because they had the feeling that they saw me for all my hard work! Thank you for this incredible community and I am so excited to continue to upgrade these habits. «

Dara McCan (@Dara.lsf)

Total lost pounds: 2,8

Gift History:

« This challenge was special for me! This marks my One year anniversary of consistent daily movement and focus on nutrition. Many basic stages including mine 400 -day series And a few PRS throughout the summer fitness evaluation.

There were days I didn’t want to move my body and encounter a desire for pizza and cinnamon rollers, but then I remembered why I was doing this: to be a strong woman who did not deviate from the possibility of more.

I am So proud of progress only in these 6 short weeks. Until I lost a lot of pounds, I feel like I’m starting to win a muscle and see a definition.

I am very grateful for the LSF community and was even the winner in Week 5 – which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, thank you for another fantastic challenge! «

Cambria (@motivated_mama_lsf)

Total Lost Pounds: 5.4

Cambria History:

« The journey around this time was greater than the long-term goal, not just a challenge to challenge the focus. January 2025. I started with Aim for losing 20 pounds The main « why » is to take care of myself. From my planning goal in 2025: « My most important thing I want to achieve this year is to lose 20 pounds so that I can physically function better and have a better mental state » This challenge helped me miss the last few pounds, and this year I achieved my goal to lose 20 pounds.

But is this? Absolutely not. 2025 will continue to be the year of change. I am in the early 40s and experience the peaks and low levels of perimenopause. I’m tired of being tired and temperamental. Focusing mental health, physical well -being and growth in my relationship with Jesus will continue to be central for every day to come.

I feel better than I have for some time. I have more energy, less tuned (most of the time;) and I am Hearing the compliments my husband gives meS He is always a encouragement, but When you do not feel well in yourself, it is difficult to get compliments as they were intended. IM excited to see how God will continue to work in these remaining 4 months 2025 and I look forward to I continue to show up with LSF to improve my health. «
