We all know how hard it can be to show yourself off – especially when life gets busy or motivation drops. But what if this time your workouts could do more than just help you feel stronger?

From October 15, we invite you to join the Love your BODi 10-Workout Challenge*: a movement to re-engage your health and raise support for a cause close to our hearts—Save a warriora non-profit organization that provides life-saving support to veterans, first responders and others facing post-traumatic stress disorder.

It’s a powerful way to build momentum in your own journey, inspire those around you, and together make a real difference.


Here’s how it works

    • Commit to 10 workouts.
      Complete 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite programs or explore something new – every workout counts.
    • Connect and celebrate together.
      Join the free BODi Experience Community Challenge Room to stay motivated, share wins and participate in a fun points-based community challenge designed to keep the energy high.
    • Make an impact.
      For each participant who completes all 10 workouts, BODi will donate $5 to Save a Warrior—up to $25,000 USD. Each training session helps you achieve your goals and supports those who have served our country.
    • Earn a limited edition BODi badge.
      When you complete all 10 workouts, you’ll unlock the exclusive, limited edition ‘Love Your BODi’ badge – a symbol of your dedication, strength and compassion.

Fuel your challenge with Tony Horton’s Power of 4

There’s no better way to start your challenge than with something fresh. included October 15on the same day the challenge starts, BODi legend Tony Horton drops his brand new program-Power of 4— in the BODi Members’ Library.

Regardless of whether you choose Power of 4 or any other workout in our library, each session gets you closer to your 10 workout goal.
