The body began to strike – bionicoldguy

This week I rode a lot, including in some rainy weather. With the improvement of the weather, I planned to make longer rides on Friday and Saturday. But my body began to strike on Thursday evening- I got a few cold symptoms and a really bad case of chills, including teeth. I had to squeeze my electric blanket to high and sleep my fist. But sometimes around 4:00 in the morning, chills improved. I still had symptoms like headache and runny nose, so I took yesterday and today. Tomorrow is planned to be a short easy ride that I can do if I feel better by then. This thing happened before when I was enthusiastic.
