Our MyFitnesspal Business Intelligence Team has examined Food Records from January 2020 to the present.
They focused on countries where February 14 is widely celebrated and compares food diaries with regular daily records.
Based on these data, here are the countries where we have found remarkable trends in Valentine’s food.
