After completing Spring Slim Down Challenge, take some time to look at your achievements and set new goals for yourself. Whether it improves your strength, increasing your endurance, or trying a new video on the go, having clear goals will help you stay motivated.
Creating a daily routine that includes time for exercise and healthy eating can help you stay in line with your healthy habits. Do the exercise priority by planning it on your day like any other meeting.
Continue with your accountability group! Just because the challenge is over, it doesn’t mean that your group checks need it! Having someone or a group that holds you responsible can lead to a major change in your way.
Remember that the exercise is only one part of the equation. Paying attention to your diet is just as important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Focus on eating whole foods, thick foods to nourish your body and support your fitness goals.
Be sure to celebrate your achievements, however small they may seem. Admit the hard work and dedication you have invested during our Slim Down spring challenge and continue to celebrate your progress as you move forward.
