Bumping Workouts – Bionicoldguy

My sciatica problems are quite sleepy right now, so I was able to pick up my workouts. I still get some soreness in my right joint on SI if I walk around or stand too much and sometimes it is a little pain on my leg. I have studied how the problems of SI joints can go into sciatica and seem to have at least two mechanisms. The muscle piriformis crosses the SI joint and can be irritated, which in turn can affect the sciatic nerve that goes straight under it (or in some people, it passes through the muscle of Piriformis). A second way is that if the SI joint is inflamed, it can release inflammatory enzymes (cytokines) that can move to the nearby sciatic nerve. There is also a detailed discussion on how SI joint affects sciatica in This video on YouTubeS Whatever the mechanism is, I tear this in the navel, such as cutting walks or sitting if necessary. I also found it helping to wear a SI belt belt. Fortunately, none of my main cycling activities, hand cycling, or strength training with resistance straps causes symptoms.

So lately I’ve been going a little more difficult and longer than all these activities and feeling well. Yesterday I did a 30 -minute easy cycle of the hand, then a three -hour trip with my local group. We went out at the end of Redwood Retreat Road southwest of Morgan Hill, one of my favorite routes. It was a fast pace and the bigger part of the road, but it became a little hot towards the end. This is the time of the year to wear lighter layers and be sure to bring ice water to my hydration bubble.
