ACCEPLY ‘APEL to the sky « flag that flew over the government agency in DC

A contradictory “complaint For the sky, a flag that recently associated with the « Stop theft » movement and Christian nationalism was flying over the Small Business Administration Agency (SBA) last week in Washington, Colombia County.

On June 11, Kelly Loffler, a former Georgia senator and current SBA administrator, participated in a ceremony where a new flag of the United States was erected at the agency headquarters. Just below this flag of what looked like the same Khalida was a call to the flag of heaven. Sources say Wired that the « call to the sky » flag is raised in less than a day.

Although the roots of the flag date from the revolutionary war, in recent years it has become a popular symbol for the far right. The call to the flag of the sky was waved by the rebels on January 6 in Capitol in 2021 and contacted President Donald Trump’s supporters, who deny the result of the 2020 presidential election. The flag is also associated with Christian nationalists who believe that the United States should be a Christian nation.

« The fact that the appeal in the sky is transferred to a government building with the American flag must be shocking to anyone who does not want to live in Theocracy, » says John Lewis, a research associate in the Extremism Program at George Washington University. « The modern use of the call to the celestial flag is synonymous with Christian nationalism, a complete stop. »

« Those who brought the call to the sky to the Capitol on January 6th did so because they really believed that they had the opportunity to bring Christian fundamentalism into the very basis of our democracy, and the image of the same flag of SBA would give them enough evidence that they succeeded, » Lewis adds.

Other Republicans have previously shared their support for the complaint to the flag of heaven. House chairman Mike Johnson showed the flag outside his office, and the flag was controversial, which flew outside the cooperation of Supreme Court’s House Samuel Alito in New Jersey. In an interview with the Associated Press, Johnson said he did not know that the flag was related to the denial election. In a letter to the legislators last year, Alito said the same. In a June 11 publication in its X account, Loeffler wrote: « Today, at the SBA Banner Day ceremony, we proudly raised a new American flag over our plant in Washington. It is a privilege to serve under its stars and stripes – on behalf of 34 million small businesses that represent the best of America. » The publication, which includes a photo of the appeal of the sky flag and photos of Loeffler and others who at first glance are looking for both flags, is still up.
