More summer riding – bionicoldguy

This week we had the summer again, not too bad, the maximums in the high 80s and low 90s F (about 31-34 C), but these were later on the day, so the morning riding is still pleasant. And it’s nice that it cools for sleep at night. I did a few pleasant long vehicles, including up the hills, and three workouts to cycling the hand, along with two days of body strength with resistance strips. Yesterday, my group rides along the rural roads through San Martin to Gilroy on the east and at the foot east of Gilroy. It was just hot when we finished driving, so we enjoyed the air conditioner when we stopped for lunch.
