Our summer form challenge may be officially wrapped, but your journey is far from over. In fact, true magic happens here when you take all the habits, consistency and energy you have built over the last 6 weeks and move on. Just because the challenge is made does not mean that your goals are. This is just the beginning.
One of the biggest victories of the challenge was to show up for yourself every day. Whether it’s a strength training, cardio or yoga, you have proven that you can stay consistent. It is now about maintaining this impulse alive. Stick to your movement workouts, continue to plan your sweaty sessions as meetings, treat them as they are not negotiated. Remember that progress is not just built in 6 weeks, it is built by showing the long term.

Nutrition plays such a huge role in how you look and feel. SSU challenge helped you build great habits but now it’s time to keep these healthy habits strongS Continue to nourish your body with whole foods, enter enough protein and remain hydrated. Your dishes should not be complex, just balanced. And yes, enjoy fun foods, it’s a lifestyle, not perfection.

One of the easiest ways to continue to see the results is through a protein priority. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle profit or just more energy throughout the day, protein is key. Do not let this habit escape now when the challenge is over. Continue to sip on your LSF protein daily to help you crush your desire, maintain muscle recovery and remain nourished.

You may have crushed your challenging goals, you may not have hit them, that’s good. The most important thing is that you have appeared. Now is the time to reset and achieve new goals. Write what you want to achieve next week, next month or for the rest of the year. It can be made 5 days outside the week, walk 10,000 steps every day, or cook more dishes at home. Whatever it is, give yourself new goals to hit and get excited to achieve them.
