Suarez encountered Sounders employee after his country was fully beaten 3-0 at the Lumen Field final with a Leagues Cup spokesman, who tells AP that there will be an incident.

It was a sour end to an unhappy night for Lionel Messi and Co with Seattle, which they win thanks to the goals of Osaz de Rosario and Paul Rotrock on both sides of the punishment Alex Rolddan.

Messi misery but joy for Seattle and Szmetzer

The fans of the hosts celebrated wildly with coach Brian Shmetzer, adding another trophy to transportation, which already includes two MLS bowls and the Concacaf Champions League.

« We are very pleased with the result, » said Shmetzer. « I think the boys dug again, because at 1-0 the games could go in any way. They put a lot of pressure on us, and this second goal helped us relieve the pressure.

« And then you couldn’t ask for a more telling book ending for Paul (Rotrick) to score the third goal. So obviously everyone in the stands is happy and you know it’s a great day to be a sound. »

Messi’s Miss is decisive when Miami wins

Miami had his chances, Messi blew up close at the beginning of the second half, and Tadeo Alende shoots widely with home goalkeeper Andy Thomas to win.

Both options came and went with the score at 1-0, and the powerlessness of the Floridians boiled, as two late goals saw Seattle at home.

Shtmetter added: « Unfortunately, that (the incident involving Suarez) will take some of the attention from the awesome performance of Seattle Sounders.

« Their players were disappointed and this led to some things that were happening on the pitch that should not happen on the pitch.

« I will close it because this should not be the story. The story of the game is not what happened after the match. I had a quiet moment with Messi on the pitch (after the match) and we talked and tried to push it away. »

Suarez has a record of poor descipline
