Waiting for the fall – Bionicoldguy

We still have hot weather lately, in the 90 F (low 30th c). But at least as the days get more short, it cools well at night. I look forward to being officially falling soon and I hope the weather will start combining it.

My riding was nice because it was cool in the morning. Last Tuesday, my group jumped to the end of Redwood Retreat Road west of Morgan Hill, about 2 1/2 hours on my upright. It was a great ride, but my neck was firm at the end. I am prone to neck problems, which I am trying to minimize on a conventional motor, as I remain more upright, and I often get to the pedal. I did them, but I still had a problem, my neck messed up more than a day after that. So I think I will stick to my lounge for longer walks, including my group rides. While the ride is an hour or less, I do well on the upright.

Wednesday I had a relatively short (90 minutes), but still challenging difficult to ride my lying down, which felt great. I especially liked Friday, a long quick cruise outside and back along the Coyote Creek path.
