Liverpool manager Arne Slott says his focus is just on winning games as the Reds prepare for another tough week.
Defeat to Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup in midweek made it six defeats in seven games in all competitions for the Premier League champions since the end of September.
And with games against Aston Villa, Real Madrid and Manchester City coming up over the next seven days, The Slot must find a way to turn the season around.
Alexander Isak and Alisson remain sidelined for the Reds against Villa on Saturday, with Slott saying he must find a way to get his team back on track.
He said: « My focus is entirely on getting Liverpool back to winning ways. Let’s start winning again first, that’s my main focus.
« Maybe last season we were more lucky and now we are not more lucky.
« But there are no excuses for our results before people say that. We had to play a lot of away games with only two days rest in between and that would have been difficult for our players last season and players who were fit throughout pre-season, but that was not our situation.
« It’s nothing to do with the depth of the squad, it’s how we’ve gone through the season in terms of injuries and availability. »
