To Evie Story Highlights:
« I want to thank everyone for supporting and motivating me. I am extremely impressed with myself and the commitment I have made to succeed and eliminate laziness. »
« After SSU ’24 ended, my partner and I eventually separated…I was depressed again and not only struggling financially, but mentally and physically as well. »
« TBC helped me gain the confidence to get back into the gym and stop calling myself fat as I now have love handles. »
« In the four months I didn’t work out…I gained 20 pounds and weighed 142. That was another reason I did TBC…so I could lose weight. »
« I can now say after finishing TBC I lost 5 pounds and now weigh 137 pounds. Can you believe that!?!? In just 30 days!?!? »
« TBC has made me love wanting to exercise again…even when I’m sick. »
« Since TBC I even walk outside!! I now walk about 30-45 minutes a day with my daughter outside, even if it’s cold. It’s such a nice change and a habit I’ve incorporated into my routine. »
« TBC helped me with my gut transformation because the doctors told me there was nothing wrong with me and most likely the way I was eating was hurting my stomach. »
« TBC has helped me stick to a strict diet, but I don’t feel forced to eat something I don’t like. »
« ALSO, why are dates so good!? If it wasn’t for LSF, I would never eat dates because they really do look so scary. Dates are literally my favorite dessert now! »
« What’s more, I can’t wait to do Feel Good 14 and see another transformation! »

Sarah’s story Highlights:
« This is my first time doing the Toned Body Challenge. I’ve done other LSF challenges before, but never the Toned Body Challenge. This is also the first challenge in a few years that I’ve fully completed. »
« I still showed up to move my body no matter what, even if that meant doing yoga or going for a walk on those days I wasn’t feeling 100%. »
« Movement is something I want to be part of my routine, period. I’ve never found a better program than MOVE because I don’t have to think about anything; it’s all there for me, perfectly designed, ready to go, and aligned with my goals. »
« These past 30 days have been really impressive for me. They’ve shown me that I’m capable and that even when things don’t go 100% to plan, I can work around my obstacles to get where I want to go. »
« Things that make us feel better are worth our time and effort. »
« I also realized how much I value the LSF community. I’ve always had this ‘I can do it myself’ mentality – but I think I confused that with the feeling that if I needed other people, it meant I wasn’t really doing it alone. » The fact that I had a team on my side didn’t mean I wasn’t the one making all that progress, it was my hard work after all. »
« I also resisted the word ‘responsibility’ because I saw it as ‘tough love’… but what I didn’t see at first was that it wasn’t about tough love, it was about other people cheering you on, congratulating you, making you feel good about yourself. »
« What I gained in terms of confidence, support and mindset was so much more! »
« Now I can look in the mirror without cringing because I know that every day I make decisions that support who I want to be, and that’s something I’m very proud of! »

« My first why is because of my kids and my family. I want to be the best version of myself for them. I want to be a healthy role model to show them how nutrition and exercise fuel the body. »
« I have Crohn’s disease…feeding my body clean ingredients and exercising I feel like this will help me stay in remission! »
« After I had two babies, I lost myself for a while…I learned that I needed love for myself to be the best version of myself for them and that it wasn’t selfish at all. »
« There’s always time for yourself. Don’t put yourself last. »
« If I don’t show up for myself, then how can I be the best version of me for them? »
« I’ve always said that this is my eternal journey to self-love, and it’s something I have to remind myself of often. »
« The LSF community really helped me think about why and keep that motivation to not give up on myself! »
