Manchester City striker moves to Fulham for £27m

Fulham have signed Norwegian international striker Oscar Bob from Manchester City for £27m.

The 22-year-old was on the verge of becoming a regular at the Etihad when he broke his leg in 2024 and then went down.

He moved to Craven Cottage to kick-start his career with a World Cup on the horizon – Norway’s first since 1998.

Bob played 16 times for Norway, scoring two goals. His international teammate Sander Berge also plays for Fulham.

« It feels great to be here. I had a great day meeting everyone and I’m very excited, » said Bob.

“I spoke to Sander Berge, a good friend of mine, and I spoke to the manager and he explained to me what the system was like, how the boys were and how the club was.

« He looked lovely, so it was an easy decision. »

Bob signed a five-and-a-half-year contract with Fulham. He scored three goals for City and won the Premier League in 2023-24.
