The rain is back… – BionicOldGuy

… So I dodged the raindrops or slipped through the storms. More is coming next week, which will bring us closer to our normal annual precipitation totals, which is great. Due to the rain I did shorter rides this week but made sure to do my more intense intervals and strength training which is good for keeping fit.

I’ll be visiting my brother in Phoenix next week and I’ll be walking and walking but not biking. Some fitness will be lost during these two easy weeks, after which I will return to my normal schedule. If I write from Phoenix, it will be short because I won’t have my computer and I’m not good at typing on the phone. I’ll be back next Friday.
