The squads have been confirmed for the Championship play-off final

Hull person Middlesbrough in the disputed championship play-off this afternoon, with next season’s Premier League final spot up for grabs.

After several hearings and statements from the EFL, Middlesbrough will be given the chance to compete for a place in the top flight after Southampton were kicked out of the post-season events.

The Saints admitted they had spied on their semi-final opponents, as well as Oxford and Ipswich, earlier in the campaign.

There could be more sanctions for them, but for now the focus is on the Wembley game this afternoon.

Hull sent Millwall into their last-four clash but saw their preparations for the game against Middlesbrough disrupted as they turned much of their attention to Southampton.

However, it should still prove to be a hotly contested game, with over £200m of potential earnings on offer for the winner.
