With a double celebration to celebrate, Macy’s Fourth of July 2026 fireworks specials are ready to light up the sky like never before. If you weren’t able to score a prime spot to view the display or are far from the Big Apple, you can tune in to watch the show on TV.

The New York institution is now in its 50th anniversary, a landmark that fits nicely with this year’s July 4th celebrations marking America’s 250th birthday. With launch sites on the lower East River in the Harbor area, the lower Hudson River and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge, this year’s show will feature more than 85,000 projectiles – the largest ever – as well as revolutionary laser elements.

What time does the Macy’s 4th of July fireworks special start?

The two-hour telecast special will be broadcast live Saturday, July 4th at 8:00 PM ET/PT on NBC and Peacock.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Terry Crews will host for the first time, while there’s an all-star musical lineup that includes Noah Kahan, Post Malone, Salt-N-Pepa, Bebe Rexha, Shaboozi and Blake Shelton.

The show will conclude with the much-anticipated fireworks display set to music by Grammy Award-winning composer Jason Howland, which will feature live vocals from The Voice Season 29 winner Alexia Jay.
