Sharing my thoughts and review of Darin Olien’s book Superlife And what I learned.
Hi friends! How is it going in the morning? I hope you have a great day so far. It’s been here lately * slightly * cooler around. Just until the air feels pleasant and fresh without being too cold. The mornings were really wonderful.
For today’s post I wanted to share my review and thoughts about Darin Olien’s book, Superinic. Written in Olien’s engaging conversation, Superlife is the only comprehensive view of diet and nutrition, timelessness and essential guide to maintaining the human body and maximum maximum potential.
You may know Darin from several places:
1) He was a familiar side strike by Zack Efron To the ground (Which I almost spent mental debate over who was more attractive. After all, I think it’s a tie.)

2) He is one of the creators of Shakeology! This is the Beachbody protein shake, which is full of superfoods and nutrients. I drank it religiously and loved it for years, but I stopped drinking it when I was pregnant with P and never returned to it. It has an incredible taste.

When I saw Darin had a book immediately I downloaded it in my Kindle appS Finally, I had the opportunity to dive and finish it, and Wow. Although many of this was information that I already knew I was in health and wellness space for a while, I still learned tone. In addition, it was a gentle pressing to return to some healthy habits that have fallen from the radar over time. I feel like so many of you, I really just try to hold my head over the water lately. Finally, I have the feeling that I am almost until the point where I penetrate the « simple survival » indicator and I can start focusing on a few work goals and routine spikes.
For a healthy lifestyle, I am to add things to your routine, where it makes sense instead of focusing on removing them. For example: more vegetables, more movement, more clean air, better sleep, meditation and more. Instead of less cake, less sugar, less meat, blackened. This book gives many ideas for strategies that you can add to your super life routine; The one who is vital, energized, without pain and without disease.

In this revolutionary guidance for health and life, Darin Olien-Expert in Superfood, Dietary, Creator of Shakeology and co-host of Netflix documentation To the ground With ZAC Efron – provides the key to understanding and using five life forces, the only factors that determine whether we will be healthy, adapted and without disease.
In SuperlifeDarin Alien gives us a whole new way of thinking about health and well -being, identifying what he calls life forces: quality nutrition, hydration, detoxification, oxygenation and alkalisation. Alien demonstrates in great detail how to maintain these processes, thus allowing our bodies to do the rest. He tells us how we can maintain a healthy weight, prevent even the most serious diseases, and feel great. He explains that all this is possible without any of the restrictive or tricky dietary plans that never work in the long run.
Olien has toured the world by exploring the health properties of foods that have been having local cultures for centuries. By applying his research into practice, he created a unique and proven formula for increasing the potential of our bodies. It also includes a user guide « How to Eat » with a shopping list, tips on « what to throw away », a guide to creating a healthy, balanced diet plan and tips on how to use supplements effectively.
What did I like in this book
He breaks the book of 5 vital forces to emphasize in your daily life: nutrition, hydration, oxygenation, alkalisation and detoxification. In each segment, it provides details of the steps that you can introduce to get the most out of each component. It also adds tips for exercise, feeding children, supplements, kitchen staples and an exemplary 10-day dining plan and a list of tasks. I love how diligent he is in each section with many attainable tips. This is one of my pets when you read a book about health or wellness and the author spends all the time telling you why their plan or philosophy works so well without actually giving you the necessary steps. They spend too much on « why » instead of « How » and this book is the perfect combination of both. In addition, it is very conversational, so that while it includes many facts supported by science and reviewed studies, it’s easy reading.
Notes I took my phone as I read:
– Make sprouts. (You can see more about it here)
– Large salads with many raw vegetables – focus on cabbage and broccoli
– Disturbed with a variety of ingredients
– water with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, cayenne and lemon in Am
– Foods high in chlorophyll: Chad, Kale, Spirulina, Chlorella
– Do exercise sporadic and fun; Really challenge yourself
– Find a better source of water. We have reverse osmosis here, but it has not been served the first time we lived here. So we didn’t use it. I fill the big water jars from Whole Foods. Although I try to find a better option (glass bottles, a great filter like Berkey or even a delivery service). If you have any ideas, please let me know!
Like a non-vegan who loves vegan food, I am excited about trying some of the new recipes in SuperlifeS They are all colored with colored and full of vegetables.
So, tell me, friends: What is the best health or wellness book you have read recently?
Any great healthy recipes you’ve tried?
