The United Kingdom’s Competition Controller says

(Reuters) – The UK competition regulatory authority reported that the remedies provided by Safran on Friday, including the sale of its business parts, could resolve the concerns of the competition related to the acquisition of its aerial business in Collins.

Safran has offered considerable selling of all its business in the design and production of its business, which can be decorated with horizontal capture systems, competition and market authority (CMA).

CMA added that it is now considering SAFRAN companies in more detail, including seeking third -party feedback, and if it is satisfied, it will cleanse the trade.

Reuters reported on Wednesday, referring to people who have direct information that the EU competition law regulatory authorities are expected to approve Safran’s $ 1.8 billion offer on the Collins Aerospace flight management business.

Safran agreed to buy a Critical Cabin Supplier Collins Aerospace company in 2023.
