As we enter week 4 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge, it is important to remain motivated and focused on your goals so that you do not get out of the way or give up! Summer is just around the corner, so let’s stay consistent!
If you have made goals for yourself at the beginning of the SSD, move on to them and be sure to stay focused on achieving them! You can always update them to fit the best with your desires and needs, but to save them.
Whether it is a weakening of a certain amount of weight or improving endurance, make sure your goals are realistic and achievable within the rest of the rest of the challenge.
Persistence is crucial when it comes to seeing results. Be sure to stick to your workout schedule and a dining plan, even in days when you don’t feel that way. Remember that any little effort contributes to great progress in the long run.
Summer is just around the corner and you will thank that you have moved your body, even when you do not want, when you are lying on the beach somewhere tropical;)
Having a support system can make a world of difference during the fitness challenge. Whether it is a workout friend, a friend who shares your goals or your SSD accountability group, be sure to register with them as we are halfway through Spring Slim Down!

Keep things interesting by trying different types of workouts in our app to move throughout the challenge. Not only does it prevent boredom, it also helps to direct different muscle groups and prevent a plateau. From cardio to strength to yoga, mix it to keep your body challenged.

Be sure to celebrate your progress along the way. Whether it is a new personal personal in your training series, sticking to your dining plan for a week, or just feel more energy, take the time to admit and celebrate your small victories. This will help you motivate and focus on your ultimate goal.
Remember that the challenge of Spring Slim Down is a trip, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay positive and most importantly – don’t give up. You have this!
