Barcelona closed their last home game on The league season with a 3-1 win Real Betis at Camp Nou, completing a historic campaign under Hansi Flick.
The win ensured the Catalans became the first team in Spanish league history to win all 19 home games in a 38-match La Liga season.
There was also an emotional weight to the evening as Robert Lewandowski played his last home game for Barcelona after four seasons at the club. The striker received a standing ovation when he was substituted late on, leaving the field visibly emotional.
Barcelona dominated much of the first half and finally broke through in the 28th minute through Rafinha. After being fouled just outside the box, the Brazilian curled a superb left-footed free-kick around the wall and into the bottom corner to make it 1-0.
The hosts threatened repeatedly before the breakthrough. Joao Cancelo had a dazzling solo effort early on, while Rafinha and Fermin Lopez were denied by Alvaro Valles, who kept Betis at close range before the break.
Despite improving after the break, Betis were penalized for a major defensive error in the 62nd minute. Hector Bellerin carelessly delivered the ball on the edge of his own penalty area, giving Rafinha an easy opportunity which the winger coolly converted for his second goal of the night.
Betis briefly threatened to come back midway through the second half. After a VAR review, the visitors were awarded a penalty after Gavi was adjudged to have fouled Isco in the area. Isco scored from the spot in the 69th minute to reduce the deficit to 2-1.
There was a moment of real danger shortly after when Antoni curled a shot wide of the far post, but Barcelona quickly regained control.
In the 74th minute, Cancelo made an excellent play with a superb finish from long range, bending a pinpoint effort into the bottom right corner after being picked out by Pedri.
Lewandowski almost marked his farewell with an own goal late on, firing just over the box before being substituted.
